all the way up to large infrastructures such as bridges. Our current
focus is tailoring our designs to suit smaller projects through to
medium and large projects. |

of Consulting Engineers Australia, carries professional indemnity
and we are accredited structural certifiers in New South Wales.

PROJECT: 5 - 7 Exter Road, Homebush

| DESCRIPTION:
This development has two buildings of 48 units plus 4 levels of underground
parking. Staged construction was used for the two buildings and incorporated
in the design of the project. Construction was achieved in very quick
time. |

PROJECT:
33 Benelong Crescent,
Bellevue Hill |
|
|
|
| DESCRIPTION:
Consisting of 3 luxury units, each with its own lift, swimming pool
and underground parking and all designed to fit in very restricted
space. Architectural considerations were very strictly defined and
structurally observed on this project. |

PROJECT:
Ascott Street, Kensington |
|
|
|
| DESCRIPTION:
Consisting of 19 units, 4 storeys above ground and 1 level of parking
underground. This project was technically challenging due to the water
table being only 1 metre under the basement level. Careful consideration
was given to the footing design and overall stability of the building. |
